to do ‘customer excellence’ and 'account management'. As Customer Excellence
Account Manager / Director, you are proud in being accountable for the strategic
leadership and management of Customer Success and Client / Project Management
You will be required to provide technical support to customers or to provide
training on how to utilize our tools or platform and educating your customers on
the flexibility and capabilities of our platform, how we can help to deliver
their campaigns and encourage them to continue using our services.
Also, responsible for overall client satisfaction, retention, and upsell, you
will recommend appropriate strategies, tactics, and operational initiatives to
continuously enhance client value and satisfaction. Where in doing so, you are
helping set them up for success.
For this role, we are looking for someone who already have experience in
marketing & advertising industry, has already proven himself or herself in
client servicing and customer success operations in this market, and is now
looking to quickly progress to be manager.
