Gift Card Indonesia is looking for a VP Operation who will oversees day-to-day
operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of an organization.
We’re looking for someone who can help bring a new perspective and fresh ideas
while still focus on strategic planning and goal-setting, and direct the
operations of the company in support of its goals . By measuring progress and
adjusting processes accordingly, the VP of operations keeps the entire
organization on track.
You will be responsible managing distribution process (receiving, replenishment,
order fulfillment and returns processing), call center (customer care, order
management, performance measurements), production (liaise with vendor and
internal card production processing) and information technology (operations
systems, internal tech support, new technologies). This position will report
directly to the president/CEO and will serve as a member of the executive team.
Key Responsibility :
1. Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and
efficiency throughout the company’s operations.
2. Develop and direct the management of the company’s remote
fulfillment/distribution center that will ensure fast order processing, accurate
inventory control, proper and timely receipt/stocking of goods, cost-efficient
shipping direct to customers and effective processing of returns. Manage
logistics and outbound transportation processes, negotiate with all 3rd party
vendors. Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher
ROI and workflow optimization.
3. Develop and direct the management of the customer call center to ensure
customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, increased
revenue through promotional programs and improved employee product knowledge and
training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity
4. Support the management of the information technology department to ensure
that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation,
relevance and utilization. Select and maintain order management systems, data
warehousing, e-commerce infrastructure and manage Web development. Oversee all
company telecommunication systems and support. Ensure that company is migrated
toward technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced
reporting and tracking capabilities and substantial ROI.
5. Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to
ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company
