      SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD is a full time position based in Jakarta. You will be responsible for driving and managing sales pipeline in all existing and future locations and work alongside CEO and Founders to determine and develop key new areas to grow. The role may expand depending on your success in achieving KPIs and the company’s stage. You will have the opportunity to work in a role that will reinvent work space industry in Indonesia. To be successful in this job, your main tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to: * Reach 100% occupancy at all Rework locations through inbound and outbound sales process: build leads, manage qualified pipeline (enterprise and non enterprise), onboard new members and minimize churn rate * Analyze and continuously monitor internal data (e.g: members on-boarding and off- boarding schedule, their needs and wants) and external data (e.g: competitive analysis locally and globally) to keep improving sales performance in space rental and other revenue channels * Maximize value creation to all stakeholders, especially in sales, by implementing offline and online strategies, including but not limited to: email marketing, newsletter, website and social media, sales presentations, collaboration with agents and value added partners/corporates * Ensure member satisfaction and exceptional relationships through activations, communication and value added services that makes Rework unique and loved * Report to the COO * Hire, on-board and train new team members when needed * Be open to explore, contribute and grow beyond your line of duties
