Job Description : * Organize recruitment process for the participant of the project * Evaluate and select the participants with a grading mechanism * Monitor and track the results and behaviour from the participants on each stage off the project * Compile and analyze all the data needed to evaluate the project performance, offer solutions if problem arise * Coordinate with other staff as needed to improve the quality of the project.
