Available position :
◈ HR Manager: Head Office
◈ HR Senior Staff: Jababeka(Bekasi) Branch
* Payroll: Monthly salary, overtime, THR and so on
=>Highly required knowledge for salary formula, overtime calculation, income tax formula
* Control manpower: Attendance, contract, Reward/Penalty
* Control employee's welfare: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Tenaga Kerjaan
* Recruitment: Fulfill manpower requirement based on necessity of company
* Education / Training for new/existing employee based on issue
* Submit regular report: Daily, Weekly, Monthly report based on Job description.
* Manage and update company official documentation (i.e. Akta, Akte, Wajib Lapor and so on)
* Keep updating HR regulation (Indonesia Labor Law) to management
* Make and analysis KPI target
* Experience: 2~3 years for staff level, 5+ years for manager level
* Hard skill: MS office(Excel, Power Point, Word), Documentation skills
=> All candidate will take simple MS office test
* Soft skill /Personality: Think and act in principle, willing to deal with challenges and get lessons from it, and very precise person
* "Reference Letter" from previous job
* Background in Logistics Industry
* Certificate regarding HRD education program/seminar
* Knowledge/experience for processing visa (for expats)
