1. Work with the Marketing Team and other business units to understand, shape
and implement digital advertising & marketing strategy.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team and vendor partners to expand Bimasakti
Products/Services presence in the digital advertising space, including
display advertising, remarketing, paid search and digital couponing.
3. Manage marketing team to evaluate and optimize performance of digital
marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis. Must be able to think
strategically, manage tactical implementation, and identify opportunities
for improvement through campaign reporting and analysis.
4. Colaborate with the digital marketing and web teams to collect and analyze
data on performance and conversion rates for our direct and wholesale
5. Collaborate with Social Media Marketing Team to ensure the alignment of our
Social Media spend with business objectives and budget.
6. Work with the creative team on messaging and creative assets for display
7. Provide monthly reports to summarize digital campaign performance, track
KPIs, share key insights and highlight opportunities to make our digital
marketing efforts more efficient and effective. Stay ahead of industry
trends by maintaining a thorough understanding of digital marketing best
practices, new tools, relevant industry benchmarks and KPIs.
