      * Manage daily accounting activities. * Produce & provide monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report for the management and executive team, taxes calculation & report and other reports. * Implement & monitor accounting schedule (financial report, tax report, budgeting, etc) to ensure timely reporting of all financial information. * Responsible to monitor accounting data, reconciliation, data documentation, general ledger, tax report and year-end audit preparation and any government policy. * Responsible for developing & maintaining accounting principles, best practices, and accounting procedure. * Supervise & advise accounting staff and ensure their work is properly allocated & completed in a timely & accurate manner and handling of non-routine reporting transaction (such as project report, etc). * Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. * Support budget and forecasting activities. * Provide data monthly, quarterly and yearly for each department. So each department can review their own cost, compare & control with budget and provide department performance report, efficiency and take action for improvement. * Collaborates with the finance manager to support overall company goals and objectives. * Monitors and analyzes accounting work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. * Provide training for accounting & finance staff regarding new tax regulation, compliance issue & other purposes. * Support other departments for special projects and workflow process improvements. * Provide training for accounting & finance regarding new tax regulation, accounting policies &/ compliance issues. * Provide other reports as requested by management.
