* Handling Payroll and the tax (PPH 21) report
* Monitor Daily Attendance/Absence
* Handling everything about BPJS-TK, BPJS Kesehatan, Health insurance
* Handling recruitment. Assisting all HoD on recruitment. End to end, from posting vacancies, setup interview, offering, creating contract, etc.
* Handling all thing related with employment including mutation, demotion, promotion, etc.
* Develop good HR system including to create SOPs, Job Description, KPI, Performance review, Training, etc.
* At least 2 year experience as HR
* Can use MS-Office (and/or GDocs) well, especialy spreadsheet.
* Good listener
* Can communicate well, including to delivering bad news to team if needed
* Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan
* Good personality
* Able to work well under pressure
* Have working experience as HR on Startup (small team and fast paced environment)
