      Market Coordinator is part of Market Management team. Market Coordinator responsible for facilitating onboarding for all of our hotel partners and will supports teammates’ work and deliverables within the given deadline, and to coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned projects. Main Responsibilities: * Educate hotel partners on the use of system, manage availability on site, and optimize content to maximize conversion. * Assist in activation of listings ( outbound and inbound calls, tickets) and process sign-ups so that there is zero backlog. * Handle support tickets from hotel partners, Market Management team and other departments with the highest integrity and quality. * Prepare reports as necessary and participate in market and competition research (if required) * Assist in resolving issues related to “key accounts” and connectivity relating to transactions, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc. * Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures * Increase operational efficiencies and revenue within the team, and improve inter-department workflows.
