* Support the designing of organization model and structure based on challenges and strategic objectives.
* Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
* Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
* Support the delivery of training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
* Assist the development of soft and hard competency dictionary for Traveloka.
* Assist the development of job description, required competency and development plan for each level per department.
* Assist the roll-out of talent development programs for Traveloka.
* Analyze challenges and issues related to organizational value enhancement.
* Assist the development of succession planning for Traveloka.
