      Job Summary: In charge to give information and assist on administrative for all employees based on company’s standard and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * To prepare new hire administrative duties, such as fingerprint, new hire kit, LAN id and ID card * To ensure that all employees in branches receive all the documents/ information needed * To explain information details asked by employees and manage the logbook * To prepare announcement regarding employees and create sign up link if needed * To create various letter requested by employees/ by HRBP request and manage the documentation * Job Specification: * Educations: * Bachelor Degree in any majors * Experience: * 2 years of working experience in administrative duties (exposure in HR field is preferred) * Skills and Knowledge: * Adaptable, able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum coaching and supervision * Highly flexible and able to deal with different responsibilities and tasks simultaneously * Attention to details and able to work under pressure * Able to use Ms. Excel * Good interpersonal skill * Fluent in English, both verbal and written
