* Implement end to end process of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BUMIDA program so that all active employee are registered to this program and non-active employee are terminated from this program.
* Prepare report to Payroll & Data reconciling data to Finance every month
* Manage calculation and or payments for overtime, monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses and ensure all the payments are processed before the due date every month.
* Assist Payroll Coordinator to upload payroll file data into HRIS eveery month and ensure that upload process were running smoothly every month.
* Collect all rewards data include but not limited to salary, allowances, bonuses, award, and other benefit (eg. medical coverage, training cost, certification fee, COP, Loan, and etc) to support the total reward communication campaign.
* Assist C&B Sr. Specialist in managing C&B Projects such as annual salary survey, annual salary increase, reward campaign, flexi benefit plan, restructuring of grading and or broadbanding plan, and etc and support for the project success.
* Experience in implementing end to end process of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BUMIDA.
* Experience in managing more than 1000 employees.
* Familiar with HRIS System.
* Bachelor Degree from any field.
* 2 years experience in C&B area
* Fluent in English.
* Service and detail oriented.
