Senior Event Executive

- Looking for bulk drinks orders (office orders, event orders) sales.
- Preparing promotional media related to drinks events and bulk orders.
- Organize and ensure the smooth running of the event from beginning to end.
- Participate in events initiated by the company.
- Record and manage P&L channel events & bulk orders, analyze and provide recommendations for optimizing the event team.

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor of Marketing or Public Relations degree or any related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in event organizer or f&b industry or equivalent.
- Have a network with vendors related to events and advertising.
- Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deadline pressure.
