<ol>
<li>To analyze and monitor RAN performance of Java and Bali network.</li>
<li>Create alerting and tracking for worst performance cells for every technology in each area.</li>
<li>To support the achievement of corporate strategic objective of network quality.</li>
<li>Identify problems in the BSS/RAN network that have a major impact on the achievement of KPI and mainly to customer experience.</li>
<li>Act as an early detection of RAN problem by monitoring the performance. </li>
<li>Support to review the network performance in order to define the lack withtarget and defining the optimization activity</li>
</ol>
Syarat
<p>At least Bachelor’s Degree (S1)  in Telecommunication Engineering</p>
