Deskripsi

Being the customer success officer for CIRCL's growing operations internationally, you must be equipped with good problem solving skills and customer service skills. 

Team work is an important aspect of problem solving as you may need to coordinate across customers in different markets (so you have to communicate remotely with the local and head offices) to best tackle the issues or requests. Tech Savviness and resourcefulness is an important aspect of the job. 

Team member/Team lead will work directly with Indonesia Head of Office / Cofounder so there will be plenty of growth. 

Training may be provided in Singapore / Hong Kong or any developed markets in the CIRCL network. 

Syarat

Good communication skills in English is required. 

Tech savvy. 

Driven and responsible. Willingness to learn.
