Deskripsi

  1. Make work procedure for inspection, implementing, controlling and maintaining all facilities
  2. Process company registration documents
  3. Analyzing the needs of office facilities
  4. Analyzing costs for providing and maintaining all facilities and supporting facilities for office activities
  5. Establish working relationships with provider / vendors
  6. Prepare reports on assets and office expenses for monthly budget meetings
  7. Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure

Syarat

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. Diploma/Bachelor from Human Resource Management, Law or relevant field
  3. Minimum 3 years proven working experience in a General Affair Staff
  4. Good interpersonal & communication skill
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team
