<p><u><span style="letter-spacing: 0.2px;"><b>Summary of Role</b></span><br></u></p><div class="pasted">T<span style="letter-spacing: 0.2px;">his role requires you to be hands-on in the areas of digital product management, to plan for digital marketing allocation, ad spend and campaign execution on relevant channels across the South-East Asian region. You will be required to be familiar with executive metrics, read analytics, and generate improvement suggestions and reports to be used for immediate action.</span><br></div><p><br></p><div class="pasted"><b><u>Primary Responsibilities </u></b></div><div class="pasted">Digital Marketing and CRM Campaigns</div><ul><li>Collaborate internally with marketing and product teams to build relevant acquisition goals</li><li>Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM and email/database marketing)</li><li>Regularly report on campaign performance with recommendations for optimization</li><li>Regularly analyze digital assets for SEO optimization opportunities and implement SEO programs</li><li>Provides insights and guidance to Marketing Director on digital content marketing strategic priorities</li><li>Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and social media posts)</li><li>Oversees and manage day to day digital operations activities and provide recommendation for improvement</li><li>Maintain a strong online company voice through social media</li><li>Liaise with marketing, branding and business development teams to ensure brand consistency</li><li>Stay up-to-date with digital media developments</li></ul>


<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager</li><li>Operational knowledge of Google Adwords &amp; Google Analytics, SEO</li><li>Ability to analyze web and mobile visitors’ behaviours</li><li>Strong analytical approach to problem solving</li><li>Ability to work independently in a complex and fast changing environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce tracking and analytics tools for best practices in multi-variant testing, managing customer database, e-commerce metrics</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Knowledge of Photoshop and other media editing software is a bonus</li></ul>
