Our ultimate goal is to help foster a thriving creative and media industry in Southeast Asia &amp; beyond.</p><p>Since starting the business three years ago, we&rsquo;ve quickly grown to more than 100 people in Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia, have worked on over 2,000 campaigns for more than 130 brands, grown our network to more than 4,000 creators and have given approximately USD5 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns for our sponsored content and content production services.</p></li><li><p>Manage campaigns from proposal, revision, launch, monitoring to reporting.</p></li><li><p>Build proposals that meet our clients&#39; needs by choosing the right mix of content creators from our network.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance of projects&nbsp;to ensure that project KPIs are achieved.</p></li><li><p>Prepare timely &amp; insightful project reports, analyzing the available data and providing strong data-driven recommendations for our client&#39;s future projects.</p></li><li><p>Serve as liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring that both parties deliver according to the brief and committed timelines.</p></li><li><p>Review and improve internal practices related but not limited to project management (i.e. flow of communication between teams, understanding proper timeline-setting for project executions)</p></li></ul>


<ul><li><p>2+ years of work experience in Digital Project Management, Media Planning and/or Media&nbsp;Buying</p></li><li><p>Must be highly organized and have an eye for detail; seeks gaps and closes them</p></li><li><p>Must be very knowledgable in digital measurement including Google Analytics and social media metrics</p></li><li><p>Interested in process innovation to achieve efficiency and effectiveness</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Team player and excited to work in a startup environment</p></li></ul>
