Deskripsi

  • Responsible to compile and deliver every case, inquiry from or to our partner ( native / 3rd party ) and MM
  • Responsible negotiate to our partner for every cases (including recovery, transportation for the guest if can't check-in, relocation, etc )
  • Responsible to create SOP for Gift Voucher
  • Responsible to compile all gift voucher data to customer and to management
  • Pro-active to invite hotel partner to share their product ( property ) in term of increasing knowledge
  • Responsible to handle every event involving Customer care and our partner ( native / 3rd party )

Syarat

  • Diploma degree in any major
  • Have experience in the travel/hospitality industry minimum 1 year
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Have experience to handle the event is an advantage
