  • Develop and maintain corporate financial forecasting model.
  • Own the creation and processing of the annual strategic planning process and budget.
  • Produce recurring business analysis, including investment ROIs, customer performance metrics, lifetime value modeling and segment financial reporting.
  • Financial reporting and analysis for Board of Directors’ presentations.
  • Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives  
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on budget vs actuals, cost structure, product margins and operational optimization.
  • Assist CEO in corporate finance activities, including equity, fundraising, debt management, interfacing with banks and potential M&A activities.
  • Involved with all aspects of the M&A cycle including, preparation of pitch documents, analysis of transaction and the management of all day to day project work.
  • Assess new business opportunities, analyze range of financial outcomes and identify areas of risk.
  • Implement best practices in financial management and resource allocation.
  • Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
  • Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
  • Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.
  • Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business finance, investment banking, management consulting or related fields, including FP&A and project management experience.
  • Being a CFA Charterholder is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, and extensive experience architecting integrated models from scratch, in Excel or in other planning applications.
  • A proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes.
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
  • A proclivity for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
