  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial key performance indicators across businesses.
  • Develop financial models and analyses based on the Company’s strategy and needs.
  • Prepare business plan and budgeting for the Company including analyzing budget variance versus actuals.
  • Involved with all aspects of the fundraising, M&A cycle including, preparation of pitch documents, analysis of transaction and the management of all day to day project work.
  • Assess new business opportunities, analyse range of financial outcomes and identify areas of risk.
  • Analyze capital requirement of the company and develop recommendation on capital management.
  • Provide support in strategic initiatives such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, or partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting and investor communications as needed.
  • Provide support in conducting analysis and preparing materials for various stakeholders including existing and future investors.
  • Conducting analytical reviews with management teams of rated issuers and making written and oral presentations, including recommendations.


Technical / Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.50 (out of 4.00).
  • At least 3 years of experience within the Corporate Finance discipline; a combination of consulting and in-house corporate finance function within a startup environment highly preferred.
  • A financial based professional qualification (e.g. MBA/ CA/ CPA/ CIMA/ CFA) would be beneficial.
  • Ability to develop financial models from scratch.
  • Having a fund-raising experience in an early stage startup will be highly advantageous.
  • A CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications.

Non-Technical Skills

  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and first-hand transaction experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Sharp analytic skills and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation ability both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A fast learner, who is able to adapt to changing environments.
  • Able to work under preasure.
