<strong>Uraian Pekerjaan :</strong> <li>Menjadi representasi dari Bank Commonwealth Indonesia dengan memenuhi penanganan yang diminta&#xA0;nasabah melalui telephone secara profesional, responsif dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku untuk memenuhi atau bahkan yang melebihi yang di inginkan oleh nasabah.</li> <strong>Kualitas Standar :</strong> <li>Pendidikan minimal&#xA0; D3 / S1&#xA0; semua jurusan&#xA0;</li> <li>Memiliki pengalaman sebagai customer service/call centre&#xA0; minimal&#xA0; 1 (satu) tahun&#xA0;</li> <li>Memiliki pengalaman dalam penanganan&#xA0;nasabah dan juga memiliki tujuan akhir untuk pemuasan kebutuhan&#xA0;nasabah&#xA0;</li> <li>Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengindikasi masalah dan analisa yang baik&#xA0;</li> <li>Memiliki kemampuan&#xA0;berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis&#xA0;</li> <li>Memiliki kemampuan dalam menjalankan aplikasi microsoft office&#xA0;</li> <li>Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim&#xA0;</li> <li>Dapat bekerja dengan baik dibawah tekanan dengan minim supervisi&#xA0;</li> <li>Bersedia bekerja dengan&#xA0;<strong>sistem shift&#xA0;</strong>&#xA0;dan di&#xA0;hari Sabtu/Minggu atau libur nasional &#xA0;</li> <li>Status karyawan&#xA0;<strong>kontrak (full time)&#xA0;&#xA0;</strong>bukan alih daya / outsourcing.</li>
