<div>We are searching for a candidate who can help us build and manage our family. &nbsp;Your job as our HR/Operation admin will be to :</div><div><br></div><div>Responsible for recruitment and assessment process in fulfilling manpower in all business unit - active in sourcing for talent/suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the short-listed candidates.</div><div>Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress.</div><div>Take part in all recruitment administration matters.</div><div>Responsible for all processes related to employee on-boarding/debriefing/promotions.</div><div>Handle employee compensation and benefits (payroll, tax, BPJS/Jamsostek, medical reimbursement and other benefits).</div><div>Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits.</div><div>Make all operational system flows effectively and smoothly</div><div>Qualifications:</div><div>&nbsp; • Expert using computers, specifically Microsoft Excel</div><div>&nbsp; • Good understanding of Indonesia HR policy, labor law and payroll journal.</div><div>&nbsp; • Organization and eagerness to learn is a plus</div><div>&nbsp; • High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn</div><div>&nbsp; • Able to work under pressure and tight guidelines</div><div>&nbsp; • Good analytical thinking</div><div>&nbsp; • High attention to detail</div><div>&nbsp; • Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan area</div><div>&nbsp; • Part time position available.</div><div><br></div><div>—————————</div><div><br></div><div>Kami sedang mencari kandidat yang bantu kami membangun dan mengelola tim kami. Tugas Anda sebagai manajer HRD adalah:</div><div><br></div><div>Bertanggung jawab untuk perekrutan dan proses penilaian dalam memenuhi tenaga kerja di semua unit bisnis - aktif mencari bakat / kandidat yang cocok, melakukan wawancara dengan calon dan menyampaikan kandidat berpotensi</div><div>Memantau dan menindaklanjuti kemajuan perekrutan.</div><div>Berpartisipasi dalam berbagai urusan administrasi perekrutan.</div><div>Bertanggung jawab terhadap segala proses karyawan masuk/keluar/mutasi/promosi</div><div>Menangani kompensasi dan tunjangan kerja (gaji, pajak, BPJS / Jamsostek, penggantian medical dan tunjangan lainnya).</div><div>Membuat laporan terkait dengan kompensasi dan tunjangan.</div><div>Kualifikasi:</div><div>Ahli menggunakan komputer, khususnya Microsoft Excel</div><div>Pengertian mengenai kebijakan HR Indonesia, hukum perburuhan dan jurnal penggajian.</div><div>Memiliki integritas yang tinggi, pekerja keras dan mau belajar</div><div>Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.</div><div>Berpikir analitis Baik</div><div>Perhatian tinggi terhadap detail</div><div>Bersedia bekerja di daerah Jakarta Selatan</div><div>Posisi part time tersedia.</div>
