If you believe you possess the commitment, character, and skills to become part of our innovative team, we would like to hear from you.</p><p>The scope of your job will entail:</p><ol><li>Responsible in overseeing&nbsp;recruitment and assessment process in fulfilling manpower in all business unit - active in sourcing for talent/suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the short-listed candidates.</li><li>Oversee and manage all processes related to employee on-boarding/debriefing and day-to-day absence tracking</li><li>Oversee the handling of&nbsp;employee compensation and benefits (payroll, tax, BPJS/Jamsostek, medical reimbursement and other benefits)</li><li>Track and implement KPI and the development of employees&nbsp;</li><li>Explain, implement, update and manage HR policies, SOP and procedures</li><li>Make sure that all employment policies are implemented and tracked</li><li>Manage resource planning with the team</li><li>Plan training events and team building activities</li><li>Be able to manage and train HR admin&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and track employee&#39;s benefits&nbsp;</li></ol>


<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Expert in using Office and Google Drive</li><li>Understanding of Indonesian HR policy, law and payroll journal</li><li>A people person</li><li><strong>Proactiveness&nbsp;</strong>is a MUST</li><li>Organization and eagerness to learn is a plus</li><li>High integrity, hardworking and willingness&nbsp;to learn</li><li>Able to work under pressure and tight guideline</li><li>Good analytical thinking</li><li>High attention to detail</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
