A Digital Media Planner identifies which media platforms would best advertise a client's brand or product. They work within campaign managers, ad tech, ad network or other means of available inventories and buying on behalf of a client or brand. S/he will enable them to maximize the impact of their advertising campaigns through the use of a range of media based on the strategy agreed on to ensure reaching the KPI/Objectives. Job Responsibilities: * Producing financial and media plans and forecasts and aligned with back office & performance team. * Undertaking relevant research. * Analyzing and interpreting data, provide validated insights towards the business objective. * Liaising with client together with Digital Marketing Consultant for digital marketing activity. * Producing briefs for media buyers to be documented and submitted to Project Managers/ Coordinators. * Involve on multiple projects at a time, each with a different deadline and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job. * Making effective recommendations and implement for the client and internal use per projects. * Working as part of the performance team including Campaign Manager (if needed) and Strategist to achieve the best result. * Working with different Demand side platform management systems. * Communicate with Head of Department, other team members, and/or digital marketing consultant to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to work within our Analytics & Insight Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients to assist indefining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. Job Responsibilities: * Identifying client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies * Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs Reporting and Analysis * Support Sr. Analytics and Insights to developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting via 3rd-parties tools * Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytical data * Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution * Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns * Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation, and also communicate the findings to account team. * Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking * Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues, both on-site and campaign based * Working closely with the account team and help them to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client acquisition * Collaborating with the production and performance teams to enhance client reporting and performance measurement and conduct detailed analysis work when required
