Lead Performance Marketing is responsible for leading a team of performance marketers and driving performance digital marketing channels including programmatic, display, social and search engine marketing to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and engagement while managing marketing spend and ROI. The position requires a confident communicator with strong knowledge of digital media, programmatic digital media buying experience and a data-driven focus. Job Responsibility: * Spearhead, develop, and oversee the efforts of the performance marketing team * Assist in the execution of the team's functions, ensuring that their professional skills are consistently growing * Review the performance of team members and ensure appropriate appraisal is done * Lead and delegate to direct reports and/or cross-teams to maximize team output * Keep up with trends in the digital media space, competitors activities and best practice * Help to drive innovation and put forward fresh ideas to improve performance * Be responsible for the development and tactical implementation of multi-channel digital media campaigns, including the strategic rationale for media plan options and media channel usage * Articulate complex digital proposals into clear concise strategies * Identify client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies * Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs * Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies * Work with team stakeholders, strategists, and agency partners to operationalize and optimize campaign digital media placements * Implement rigorous testing and reiteration of hypotheses and campaign executions to generate actionable channel insights and improve on marketing efficiencies from campaign-to-campaign * Develop custom marketing dashboard concepts together with Analytics and Insights team for client reporting * Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data * Analyze online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution * Perform ROI analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns * Perform ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimization consultations for clients to influence conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data * Sr. Performance Marketing also performs other duties as he/she or the company deems fit for the proper execution of his/her duties or duties as assigned About Ydigital Asia Ydigital Asia was founded in 2014 in Jakarta to help companies in Southeast Asia succeed online. A Digital Project Manager juggles a wide variety of requests from clients with competing deadlines and limited resources. It requires the ability to multitask, organize and collaborate. Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities are essential skills that a project manager must have to make sure everything runs smoothly. Project managers need to be organized to schedule, monitor and adjust deadlines and resources as needed. This position also requires significant collaboration efforts between departments, and therefore excellent people management skills is a must. You need to know how to effectively communicate requests and assignments from clients to the team, which includes getting the teams to meet deadlines and following up when they don’t, pushing back to the client servicing team when clients make unrealistic requests and making sure all parties are satisfied with the process and end product. Additional skills required include time-management, an eye for detail and problem solving skills. Job Responsibility: * The main objective is to ensure that all information concerning client requests flows efficiently to internal teams and back to the client servicing team. This is done by keeping everyone on track to meet deadlines and handling the logistics while keeping all parties updated on the progress of each task and project. * Ensure that the project goes smoothly and that the client and internal team involved are satisfied with the end result * Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for all stages of a project together with client servicing team * Distribute assignments to internal teams, depending on their availability, skills and priorities * Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly and also check the statuses of outstanding tasks * Conduct regular morning meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks * Communicate any issues with the team and the client servicing team * Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information * Initiate new jobs for the client and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done (future planning) * Do first round of quality assurance of deliverables, while teamleads and client servicing team doing the final quality assurance * Negotiate with 3rd party vendors for outsourcing needs, create quotations and submit invoices to accounting team to send to the client * Keeping staff happy and on track with the tasks they need to do to stay on schedule

-URGENTLY REQUIRED- The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for developing Ydigital’s design capabilities through leadership and innovative concepts that set digital campaigns apart from competitors. The Senior Digital Designer will work closely with the lead designer and often with internal team to develop creative campaigns and visual ideas and with professionalism delegate tasks and give feedback to design team to exceed client expectations Visual asset designs cover - but not limited to: * Website or mobile app wireframes * Website design storyboards * Website mock-ups and design * Key visuals for creative campaigns and its guidelines * Social media posts * Other multimedia format also required * CSS specs if needed Full understanding of graphic design, typography and digital trends are essential skills that will ensure our creative aspect are beyond standard expectation and capability to execute project of various sizes with the highest quality within timelines and budgets. You will work collaboratively in small project teams and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based solutions. In this role, you will employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our clients with the solutions they need. You will help combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will contribute to the architecture across the technology stack, from database to native solutions. You will create rapid prototypes, usually in 2 to 3 weeks, as well as full-scale solutions, typically within 2 to 3 months.
