Position : Personal Consultant Reports to : Centre General Manager As our Personal Consultant you are central to our Members’ learning and experience. Through providing a nurturing, fun and interactive environment while building relationships with our Members, you have a unique opportunity to have a significant positive impact on their personal and professional lives. You are the face of your Center and the first representation of the premium experience that all Staff, Members, prospects and guests encounter. You will need to be able to identify varying levels of support, approaches and techniques to maximize an individual Member’s needs. This will require that you are able to adapt and anticipate an individual’s needs and inspire them to succeed. The exceptional Experience and care that you will provide leads to Renewals and Referrals and the strengthening of the Wall Street English brand and its unique experience offering. Duties and Responsibilities : * Sell the Wall Street English language course to prospective Members using the Wall Street English Sales methodology. * Build trust and develop long-term relationships with Members. * Provide excellent follow-up sessions for members and make sure they DO NOT give up! * Go above and beyond to WOW our Members and help them achieve their goals. Come up with innovative ways to maximize referrals and renewals by delighting Members on a daily basis.

Position: Center General Manager Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer As Center General Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the center’s business, operational and service success in one of our centers. You will lead & manage a multi-cultural sales and experience (didactic) team effectively towards meeting and exceeding prescribed sales, operational and quality goals. This will mean leading, motivating, training and inspiring a team of very varied profiles, as well as creating a work environment that encourages teamwork, commitment & success. Additionally, acting as the sales team leader providing day-to-day mentoring, coaching, training & oversight to the sales team (may or may not consist of a combination of Sales Managers and/or Personal Consultants). Responsible for managing the continuance of our expansion in terms of number of members as well as enhancing the brand and it’s level of excellence within the local and national English Language market which will be achieved through the delivery of outstanding education and sales consultancy service within your center. Duties and Responsibilities : * Managing a center and ensuring smooth operations and experience delivery to members providing every day management of center * Ensure that the Wall Street methodologies and best practices are followed at all times in order to achieve consistency with other centers * Working closely with the Center Experience Manager and creating a strong partnership between all departments * Lead the sales team and assuring the achievement of agreed upon targets in line with company strategy and vision * Ensure the implementation of effective meetings and information sharing structures * Work with management to ensure that people development strategies are in place to support retention and excellent growth and development of staff * Responsible for overall look and feel of the center, ensuring that it is consistently in line with company standards and members’ expectations * Creating and providing timely and accurate reports that track and monitor all KPIs * Increase number of leads, shows and members in line with corporate strategy and goals * Ensure that member satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks * Overall responsible for center’s results (sales targets, experience and didactic levels of quality etc.) * Identification of key areas of improvement and implementing the correct changes. * Assure optimum number of staffing and effective rostering in line with corporate goals * Assuring consistent levels of member and staff satisfaction. * Budget planning and management based on proper forecasting * Providing timely and accurate reports.

Position: Center Experience Manager Reports to: Center General Manager Overview The Center Experience Manager is ultimately accountable for our Members’ educational success and satisfaction throughout their experience at a Wall Street English Center. In particular, they are tasked with: * Training and developing a Service Team * The day-to-day running of the Service Department in the Center * Managing quality and standardization through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure * Facilitating internal revenue through quality service delivery and organization of in-center events/activities to boost Member activity. Duties and Responsibilities : * Developing Center atmosphere and shared Center goals and values. * Being the person who is responsible for Customer Experience in the WSE Center, the goal is to implement all relevant policies. * Having the responsibility of providing service to the Members, they need to introduce and maintain specific controls to ensure quality. * Being accountable for all aspects of the development of the team. * Communicating Standard Operating Procedure to staff and Members, as well as any other information related to service provision in the Center * Responsible for facilitating referrals and renewals as a result of the Members’ successfully learning with the Method. * Analyze, report, and plan strategy on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare the welcome pack including work stationary for all new hires. * Ensure all documents of new and exisiting employees are filed in hard and soft copy. * Manage the employees attributes’ needs. * Liaise with legal team to prepare all administration needed to support Non-Local Employees recruitment process. * Prepare the accommodation for new Non-Local Employees. * Maintain relationship with 3rd parties. * Complete, maintain, and update employee’s data in HRIS. * Ensure all employees are registered for all company’s benefit in accordance with company regulation. * Verify and process all documents from employees. * Generate attendance report daily and weekly for HR report. * Liaise with Payroll Team to prepare payroll data every month. * Send notification to HoD regarding employee’s end of contract. * Execute exit clearance and collect all attributes and facilities which are owned by the company. * Prepare off boarding data every month for IT, CAD, and Finance Department. * Prepare HR monthly report to be presented to President Director.

Duties and Responsibilities: * Handling end to end recruitment process for all positions. * Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. * Collaborating with all Head of Departments to fulfill the needs of resources. * Working with 3rd parties such as Head Hunter, Job Portal, EO, etc to boost the effectiveness of recruitment process. * Building relationship with candidates as a company representative. * Attending professional events to expand the network. * Preparing new and renewal contract for new hires and existing employees. * Collecting documents from new hire for HR database. * Liaising with Talent Operation Analyst to prepare the welcome pack and conducting the on boarding session for all new employees. * Liaising with other department to maintain HRIS. * Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. * Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. * Prepare recruitment weekly and monthly report to be presented to President Director. * Ensuring all administration related to all new hires and existing employees completes without any issues.
