Planning function:  Analyze market data and sales trend to set up annual budget, in terms of revenue, expenditures and profitability  Create and develop clear business strategies to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals  Create and develop marketing plan as well as setting up clear indicators to measure the results of each activity Operational:  Effectively execute marketing activities as according to marketing calendar and to ensure the return of investment  Set up sales target, periodic sales forecast and must ensure the expected sales outcome is achieved  Construct monthly sales report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities updates and competitive landscape for submission to principal  Manage, control and implement optimum merchandising in accordance with brand guideline, explore, prospect and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to maintain long run goals Liaison:  Liaise with respective principal in bringing a consistent brand image & marketing programs i.e. marketing campaign, product launch, PR event, etc  Liaise with respective government institution to ensure that all practices comply to regulation  Liaise with local partners and ensure business milestones are in place  Liaise with internal organization to ensure all SOPs are in place

Retail Sales Development • Develop sales and manage sales performance by store/counter to reach the target and key performance indicators • Ensure efficient order taking and processing stocks to ensure optimum inventory at stores • Ensure retail counter management excellence (addict to retail program) • Ensure monthly detailed reporting to management (commercial lines including new launches) • Communicate competition’s marketing activity to management Management of Sales force • Ensure that BCs follow the DIOR art of selling and express Dior Brand values through customer service • Motivate BCs to increase team spirit and be goal driven • Conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of CMs through regular coaching and appraisals • Implement local incentive programs • Ensure recruiting the best-qualified counter managers and BCs • Propose development plan to increase knowledge and skills, and ensure the follow-up of the Dior training program with Training Department • Involve in BCs allocation to stores • Plan & control expense budget on the retail activities (transportation, meeting…) Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution • Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities • Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandsing, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guildelines Promotion/ animation management • Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department • Discuss and negotiate with the store to have visuals, promotion events etc. • Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotion event

Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives Funds Management 1. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements 3. Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows Budgeting 1. Manage the preparation of the company's budget 2. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances 3. Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction Financial Analysis 1. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company 2. Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management 3. Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement 4. Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities 5. Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput 6. Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals 7. Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing 8. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management 9.
