Take charge of channel partner development, management and joint marketing campaigns with channel partners in a specific field. 3. Attain the business goals for the channel business in the respective field. 4. Research & Development * Melakukan riset & matriks konsumen yang membutuhkan/ menggunakan produk Diamondland yang sejenis * Membuat potensi segmen yang bisa digarap, dari jumlah produk yang mereka butuhkan mulai dari yang paling kecil * Melakukan analisa pasar (kompetitor) untuk produk sejenis dengan memperhatikan berapa banyak pemain/ kompetitor yang sama dipasar yang sama * Menciptakan dan mengembangkan ide-ide kreatif atas dasar analisa pasar di atas 2. Product Development * Melakukan kajian kritis terhadap produk yang telah dihasilkan dalam kaitan peningkatan kualitas produk * Membuat rekomendasi terhadap produk yang akan dibuat mengacu pada hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan * Mencari lahan sesuai dengan hasil riset dan memiliki nilai investasi yang tinggi sesuai peruntukan yang diharapkan * Melakukan analisa SWOT atas produk yang akan dikembangkan * Melakukan negosiasi harga lahan yang akan dibangun/ dikerjasamakan 3. Financial Support * Membuat perhitungan yang matang atau studi kelayakan atas bisnis/ produk yang akan diciptakan * Mendukung proses pencarian modal kerja baik dari lembaga keuangan maupun investor * Memiliki kerangka cash-flow yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam perjalanan bisnis 4. Marketing Development * Berkoordinasi dengan Divisi Marketing untuk menciptakan target penjualan meliputi fungsi marketing secara manyeluruh (termasuk didalamnya program sales dan promosi) * Melakukan analisa pasar sampai dengan pelaporan yang sistematis * Membuat pricing atas dasar riset & analisa yang sudah dilakukan setelah ditambah biaya-biaya pendukung * Mendukung Divisi Marketing dalam menyiapkan Tools media pemasaran yang cocok sesuai hasil analisa pasar 5. Management Analysis * Menyiapkan dan menyediakan berbagai tools berkaitan dengan analysis yang harus dilakukan oleh management dalam pengambilan keputusan * Memberikan laporan hasil pengembangan yang telah dilakukan dan presentasi kepada Management
