Known for his ability to get things done and vast network of relationships, Benson is a B2G expert and serves on the board of Entrepreneurs' Organization Indonesia. Prestige Magazine named him "Indonesia's 40 under 40: The Vanguards" in 2018.

He is an experienced executive with global C-level connections in the HR & Benefits market. At Aon, he was responsible for the development of the Total Benefits Administration Platform and multiple HR Technology products including progressive analytics and AI driven tools.
